Cancellation & Refund Policies For Parents

Cancellation Policy for One-time Care.

Carers are able to select a cancellation policy that aligns with their needs for one-time. This enables our carers to feel valued, promotes reliability and ensures that the carer is able to commit to the jobs they apply for. Prior to accepting any booking, families are able to see each carer’s cancelation policy so that the person that best suits their circumstances can be selected.

Should there be an emergency or an exceptional circumstance, families have the opportunity to request an exemption to their allocated carer’s cancelation policy. If a family's request is accepted, the cancelation charge will be waived.
